Marshalls' suppliers are subject to the terms of all contracts with the organisation, including obligations to comply with the Procurement Code of Conduct. Marshalls reserves its contractual rights to terminate relationships with suppliers who fail to comply with law and/or whose contractual noncompliance is not addressed in a timely manner. A supplier’s compliance with the Procurement Code of Conduct is an essential factor in Marshalls’ decision whether to enter into, continue or extend existing business relationships with that supplier.7
