MSA incidents remediation (revised)
In the modern slavery statement, does the company explain one or more of the corrective steps it has taken (or would take) in response to modern slavery incidents in their operations and/or supply chain?
If M.A.C determines that the supplier is not in compliance, then the remedies may include, among other things, termination of business with M.A.C or the development and implementation of a corrective action plan that would need to be implemented within a certain fixed time period. M.A.C may follow such implementation with an audit, as it deems appropriate.
