We will use the results of the self-assessments and the on-site reviews to work collaboratively with suppliers to drive corrective action and improvements.2
In the event of any serious and/or persistent issues, or where suppliers fail to demonstrate a willingness to improve performance, we reserve the right to terminate the business relationship.2
Should the audit identify areas of concern, we agree an action plan with the supplier that includes clear timescales for improvements to be made.3
