Mitsubishi Corporation does not define performance indicators with regards to combating slavery and trafficking; however, it does conduct “site visits to confirm whether the Company’s policies are being upheld.” Moreover, despite not explicitly defining performance indicators MC is a signatory to the UN Global Compact, which in theory underscores the company’s commitment to responsible business practices of which includes ending slavery and trafficking.
