In the 'Ahead' section, the statement eludes to KPIs being developed to monitor their efforts to combat modern slavery. "Performance Measures: Establishing and deploying human rights key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on impact and a framework to measure the effectiveness of our programs."

 

Furthermore, the statement mentions KPIs on page 7 but it is not clear what these KPIs refer to.

"In 2016, we launched a Thai Fish Supply Chain Human Rights Action Plan which includes key performance indicators and which utilizes the CARE Framework."
