We actively promote the Stronger Together initiative, Our HR manager and other key staff have attended external training workshops and share their learnings with other managers in the business.
The company has an active workers committee and health and safety committee dedicated to promoting a safe working environment for each employee and we encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistle blowers.
