Source preview seems broken for all the Conflict Minerals Reports sources+Discussion

I haven't looked at this stuff in forever. Can you spell out for me what you expect to happen where and why?

I expect "Conflict Minerals Reports" to be shown in the preview area, and on the research page for projects (or "multi-metric view") - because they all used to display without issue. Something happened to turn well-behaved source previews into "This source cannot be previewed on Wikirate. Please click to view externally." Example source: http://wikirate.org/Page_000004957

Looked into this quickly. My understanding:

Websites can effectively configure their content to tell browsers not to show their content in iframes on other sites, and browsers respect that. I looked at this SEC source, and sure enough, it has the header (X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN) that says browsers should only allow this page to be shown in an iframe on its own site.

So, I could be wrong, but my current understanding of what has changed is that the SEC changed their web configuration (not that something on wagn broke).

Supporting that interpretation is the fact that I built a super simple iframe with that link as its source, and it didn't work.
