First port of call should be to go to a company's website and look for a corporate social responsibility (CSR) or corporate responsibility (CR) report. If there is a report available then value = yes; if no report can be found then value = no.

Where no report can be found, it may not be that a report does not exist. Also please try other methods to explore if there is a CSR report, including contacting the company directly where required.
