expand_less I think we should consider re-phrasing this metric to something like "Elmination of PVC from products". If you do a search for a company name and PVC, and you can't find anything, that could easily mean that the company is quietly using PVC in their products - but its not really enough to set their value to "Yes" in answer to the question "Does the company commercialize any product containing PVC?"
If we change the metric to something like "Elimination of PVC" we could assign a value of "Yes" for companies that state they've achieved this, "No" for Electronics companies that don't mention it, and "Commitment" for companies who have made a commitment to phase out PVC by some date but haven't yet achieved this.
