We are represented within the Employers Association of Banks in Switzerland and we are in regular dialogue with works councils, employee representative bodies and social partners. Our employees in Austria, Brazil, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain and Switzerland are covered by collective bargaining agreements, representing 33% of our total workforce. No significant proportion of our workforce is employed in the low-wage segment.”
