Philipp+Carbon Emissions per Passenger Kilometre+Discussion

Comparisons between say easyjet and Lufthansa perhaps not the most relevant: in my mind easyjet caters to the budget/tourist traveller, while Lufthansa has large chunks of business travelers. In a normal flight where there is the same seat arrangement in business class as for economy, the middle seat is left free, so that means by definition Lufthansa places 2 where easyjet places three passengers. Perhaps better to compare companies that cater to the same target audience, ie Ryanair and easyjet?
