The 2016 Sustainability Report is not available, but we have found 2017 report which also contains the information for 2016.
pg. 81
"Rates of injury, occupational diseases, lost days, and absenteeism, and number of work-related fatalities by region and gender. Page/Response 54"
In the report, it has been said to have information about pg. 54, it gives various occupational health indicators but worker fatality is missing.
