There is no 2004 report published, however, 2005 report (p.68) mentions that total amount of Co2 emitted in the year of 2004 is 285,826 tons. Among those, indirect emission consists of 95.5%.

Therefore, indirect emission is 95.5%*285,826

=272,963.83
