pg. 59 b) In terms of greenhouse gases, the inventory comprises the emissions of CO2

(carbon dioxide), CH4 (methane) and N2

O (nitrous oxide). e) The inventory of atmospheric emissions is elaborated according to the orientations of the GHG Protocol – a Corporate Standard (WRI/WBCSD). The indirect emissions refer to the purchase of electric power and steam, supplied by third parties, in the mentioned countries. Its scope

includes assets which we operate and those in which we hold 50% or more financial control. The inventory’s approach follows the bottom-up methodology, i.e.,

the total inventory is the sum of the emissions of the each source emission.
