Reference in 2014 report was to 2013 report pg.46. d) Emissions calculation methodology is based on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. b) Gases included in the calculation are CO2,

CH4, and N2O. f) Global warming potential rates used are from the IPCC Second Assessment Report, 1995. g) The consolidation approach for emissions is based of financial control.
