Female Employees that Took Parental Leave, GRI 401-3 (formerly G4-LA3)
What is the number of female employees that took parental leave?
On pg70 of the report under the Strategic Overview theme the report makes mention of the changes to the Maternity leave benefit but does not give an indication of number of employees, male of female, that took maternity/paternity leave.
