Employees on Parental Leave (76 + 131 = 207) + Employees Returned after Parental Leave (75 + 64 = 139) = 346
This is based on the assumption that these are two mutually exclusive groups
Think they are exclusive as it would be difficult to go on parental leave twice a year with only one spouse?
I retract, these are the same people- the comparison is on how many people took leave vs how many of those returned from this leave. I.e. 76 men took leave, 75 returned. 1 person did not return
Does not say who is eligible, only who actually took the leave. There may have been several that were eligible and didnt take the leave. I'd say Unknown
