home and at work. All U.S. salaried

mothers and fathers of newborn or

newly adopted children are entitled

to up to 20 weeks (10 weeks paid

and 10 weeks unpaid) of parental

leave. This policy was instituted

in late 2016. In 2018, 1,159 U.S.

eligible employees participated,

including 354 females and — we’re

proud to say — 805 males."
