Council for Sustainable Development’s The Greenhouse Gas Protocol: A Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, and

internal criteria defined by Intel management. Additional GHG emissions reporting is publicly available in our CDP questionnaire

response on the

CDP

website. In addition to the summary data provided above, we have completed an estimate of emissions
