This answer was found in section "3.2.4 Metrics and targets", it contained a table showing Inditex`s Emissions on 2018, 2019 and 2020. With 21,055 in 2018,17,311 in 2019 and 12,986 in 2020 there was a -38% change in the Scope 1 from 2018 to 2020.
