Found on page 162 of the 2016 Integrated Report. To measure customer satisfaction UniCredit uses the TRI*M Index which was developed by industry leader TNS Infratest. It makes consistent comparisons with competitors as well as businesses from other industries, therefore looking at the industry as a whole.
