On p.g. 36 it reads; average traning hours male - 35 and avaerage training hours female - 29. Therefore, to work out the average training hours per employee you add 35 and 29 = 64 and divide that by 2 which = 32.

Took number of male hours times number of males divided by number of employees and then the same for female workers to calculate the average.(35*6707)/8348+(29*1641)/8348 equals .33.8

On page 36 is says 35 hours of training provided per employee
