I found this answer by dividing the total training hours (133,092) by the number of staff (5,048). Which gave me the answer of 26.4 hours. In regards to recent years, it can be said that there has been an increase in the number of hours employee's have been trained but only slightly as in 2015 the average number of hours was 25.2 hours. This can be found on page 31 of the sustainability report 2016
