The average pay between male and females has been seen to be decreasing (female wage vs male wage) as in 2014 it was at -6%. At 2015 it was at 4% showing an increase of 103% and now in 2016, it has decreased to -3%. Hence showing that the gender pay gap is decreasing. (Note The calculation is a weighted average of female/male ratio according to the number of people in each category. Some categories might show higher dispersion due to the small number of cases. Also, seniority might impact on the maximum wages in each category)
