Calculated metric answer incorrect

Not sure if it's a formula issue or calculation issue: In the example, Coach Stores Limited has "no value" for one of the research metrics (homepage link) that inputs into the formula, yet it still gets a "yes".

Even answers that have been researched and answered "No", are getting "Yes" answers in the calculation (see Hugo Boss UK Limited, 2021)
"No value" means "Not researched". So I think this is supposed to be a "Yes", right?
I completely missed the third input metric on this, so there's no problem besides my tunnel vision
