The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 20101 and the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 require businesses to disclose their efforts to address the risks of modern slavery (including forced labor and human trafficking) in their operations and supply chains.2 This Statement and disclosures below respond to these requirements and outlines our efforts during the last fiscal year.
