Flex's statement does define slavery and human trafficking in forms such as forced labor, child labor, domestic servitude, sex trafficking and workforce abuse. However, certain terms in the code of conduct need to be specified ( such as the applicable wage and hour laws; legally required benefits). In addition, there's no specification of penalties if these codes are violated. Such as if the partnership will be eliminated if Flex's business partners do not meet the same standards.
