Yes the statement was approved by the Board of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited on 21 June 2017 and it signed by Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG and the Member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG Functional Responsibility Integrity and Legal Affairs
