Go to the Bangladesh Accord factory list on their website https://bangladeshaccord.org/factories for recent years. For 2017, see list from September 2017 on WikiRate here. 

Review the list for the factory name. If the factory is listed as a supplier to an Accord signatory company, then it is covered under the Accord inspection program, choose the answer Yes.

For all other factories (not producing for an Accord signatory, and not terminated), choose the answer No.
