Parties with specific concerns and information regarding circumstances of extraction, trade, handling and export of minerals (tantalum, tin, gold and tungsten) in conflict-affected and high-risk areas as they pertain to Canon product supply chains (such as facts indicating that those minerals are the source of funds for armed groups in conflict-affected areas) may voice to Canon through this website. Through its supply chain, Canon will investigate the information provided to it, and take corrective action based on the "Basic Approach of the Canon Group Regarding Conflict Minerals" in cases where such action is necessary."
