"One of the key area’s we recognised was a risk of slavery and human trafficking in our Tier 2 suppliers in China. This is informed by the concerning reports of bonded or forced labour in the Xinjiang area of China and the persecution of the Uyghur ethnic minority. Our FatFace Way of Life clearly stipulates we prohibit cotton from this region and this is supported through our membership of the Better Cotton Initiative as this is the minimum cotton standard we use at FatFace for all our products."
