Wrong year in the export data+issue

Exporting MSA data (.csv), several metric answers have associated a wrong year: 0, 18, 2107, 2917. See links below:

Yep, we have a story about validating years. Though, I think these all came from the old (pre-dropdown) interface;

I think these should probably be manually corrected.
