The company gets full points if fulfils both requirements and half points if fulfils one:

CSI.15.A The company has a public commitment to protecting personal data.
CSI.15.B The company has a global publicly available privacy statement in relation to the collection, sharing and access to personal data.

Formula

Answers are calculated as a weighted average. To find a weighted average of a group of numbers that have been normalized to the same 0-10 scale, you simply multiply each number by its weight (percentage) and add them up.
