The company gets full points if it meets both of the following requirements:
CSI.12.A The company discloses the proportion of its total direct operations workforce covered by collective bargaining agreements.
CSI.12.B The company describes how it works to support the practices of its business relationships in relation to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Answers are calculated as a weighted average. To find a weighted average of a group of numbers that have been normalized to the same 0-10 scale, you simply multiply each number by its weight (percentage) and add them up.
