Overview

history edit build

Integrated Reporting reviews how a company combines financial results and material ESG information into a single, concise communication that explains how it creates value over the short, medium and long term. Rooted in the IIRC Framework, it requires:

  • a narrative that connects strategy, governance, risks & opportunities, performance and future outlook;
  • coverage of all “six capitals” (financial, manufactured, intellectual, human, social & relationship, natural) and how they inter-relate;
  • clear linkages between financial KPIs and sustainability metrics (e.g., ISSB/IFRS S1–S2, EU ESRS) to show capital allocation and value-creation pathways;
  • concise, balanced disclosure designed for investors and other stakeholders, supported by robust data systems and, increasingly, external assurance.
