• social & cultural dimensions – land acquisition, resettlement, Indigenous rights, cultural-heritage preservation, community health, safety and security;
• environmental interactions – changes in air, water, soil, noise, biodiversity and ecosystem services that directly influence local quality of life;
• engagement & consent processes – stakeholder mapping, Free Prior & Informed Consent (FPIC), participatory decision-making, grievance mechanisms and benefit-sharing agreements;
• impact assessment, monitoring & disclosure – baseline studies, social & environmental impact assessments (SEIAs), ongoing KPIs, third-party audits and transparent reporting aligned with frameworks such as GRI 413, IFC Performance Standards, EU ESRS S3 and SDG 11.
