I'm not sure about this one.. It sounds good, but if the minimum requirement is to comply with legal mandates that is actually setting the bar really, seeing a lot of production countries do not have legal mandates on wages...
The idea of "fair wages" is entirely subjective and does not reflect any kind of international standards. It seems to be at the discretion of Footlocker's suppliers.
