The Terms were developed using the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code as a guide protocol. Local laws, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Conventions, and the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights are also referenced. We have adopted the benchmarks set by the Anker Living Wage Methodology in order to establish the living wage in the specific regions where our suppliers are located, actively working towards closing the gap between living and minimum wages."
