We encourage our colleagues to report non-compliance with these Relevant Policies, and we provide for a means of raising concerns and, as appropriate, redress without fear of reprisal. Where our policies are not followed, we may take disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment,depending on the nature of the infraction.
