Although the statement mentions that all new employees are required to complete the Vestas Employee Code of Conduct e-learning as part of Vestas' mandatory onboarding programme, there is not mentioned of the training being geared towards detecting signs of trafficking or slavery (page 5, Training & Capacity Building section)

Since code of conduct includes forced labour, we have considered it for MS training.

pg. 2

"Code of Conduct : Both Codes specifically prohibit forced or compulsory labour or child labour in our supply chain."

pg. 5

"Training & Capacity Building : As part of Vestas’ mandatory onboarding programme, all new employees are required to

complete the Vestas Employee Code of Conduct e-learning. Our hourly-paid employees working in our manufacturing sites are introduced to our Code of Conduct via their orientation programme."
