Although the company states that "Everyone at Arm is required to demonstrate on an annual basis that they have read and understand the Code of Conduct and completed the mandatory Code of Conduct training" (p. 2), I do not see it as training targeted towards detecting of slavery.
Arm's code of conduct (different from the suppliers code of conduct) is a 30-pages long document with one mention of slavery: We do not condone, whether directly or indirectly, slavery or trafficking in any form. Employees are never forced to work, nor forced to work hours in excess of local law, and we never employ child labor.
