That only qualifies for own facilities. Regarding foreign: " KYOCERA AVX conducts due diligence on all suppliers... which includes...pre-approval or ongoing on-site audits of higher risk suppliers which include a review of working conditions. " (p.4)

I don't see any hint for independent audits, therefore I changed the answer.
