In this clause, the Business Ethics Laws are the Laws applicable to the Supplier in relation to the following:
i)
fundamental human rights and in particular the prohibition of: (A) using child labour and any form of forced or
compulsory labour; and (B) organising or supporting any form of discrimination amongst its employees or towards its
suppliers and subcontractors;
p. 30 "The Supplier must :i) ensure that its employees, suppliers and subcontractors comply with this clause in connection with the Works". "This clause" includes prohibition of forced and child labor as well as the other selections, thus the selection of "beyond tier 1"
