One such way is through regular site visits in order to ensure its due diligence requirements of its suppliers are being met. Similarly, the company notes that if its suppliers fail to implement the necessary measures to cease or prevent the adverse human rights impacts identified, MC will reconsider it's business relationships with the supplier.
