Flex uses the Supplier Self-Assessment Questionnaire responses to assess risk within the supply base. They establish expectations with their supply base and notify them of their obligation to comply with the EICC Code of Conduct, including the Freely Chosen Employment labor standard. However, there's no specification in any violation of the codes by the suppliers. It was unclear what Flex will react upon those conditions beyond "expectations" , for example, if Flex will terminate contract based on violation of supplier code, or violation of modern slavery policies.
