This is achieved by conducting regular reviews and audits, a thorough analysis of terms and conditions built in our payroll systems, and by quickly remedying any issues identified"
It not very clear that this is part of their remediation strategy, but the statement "All material matters relating to modern slavery are managed directly by our Board." (p. 19) is sufficient for the label 'senior management' being informed when issues are identified.
