On page 14, they included a table with numerous issues which were labeled as either "accomplished" or "progress made" which likely implies that they are under performing in those areas.
The table on page 13 does not directly identify specific incidents by name but gives the strategies relating to the incidents that they are addressing
Correction: Page 15 gives three examples of incidents that are actively or already addressed by BP
Indeed on page 15/16 they discuss 3 case studies of modern slavery incidents that they identified and remediated. These included unpaid wages and (excessive/unpaid) overtime.
