This statement makes no reference to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 because it is an Australian company.
Other than publishing the 2020 Modern Slavery Statement (which was AustralianSuper's first MSA), it doesn't explicitly say that the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 caused the organization to make any changes to their policies.

This included the adoption of policies and procedures that are designed to ensure compliance with modern slavery laws by the vendor and its suppliers, reporting identified modern slavery risks or events to AustralianSuper, keeping records in relation to the supplier’s modern slavery practices and providing AustralianSuper with that information."

"In FY20, AustralianSuper developed a modern slavery questionnaire intended to help assess the modern slavery risk profile of existing and new suppliers. The questionnaire includes questions in relation to the vendor’s modern slavery policies and procedures, site/facility locations, supply chain management, known modern slavery risks and other risk factors."
