The implementation of our modern slavery actions is formally overseen by a cross-functional group consisting of senior management with representatives from each operating company within Snowy Hydro, who undertake ongoing verification measures to ensure they remain effective. The results of these reviews, including identified improvements and timely implementation of those improvements, are reported to and reviewed by our Executive Team and Board. The cross-functional group thoroughly investigates any new modern slavery risks, which are identified with the relevant control measures, reassessed and enhanced if required. The group also monitors regulatory developments, including the Commonwealth Government’s review of the MSA.”
