The only time KPIs was mentioned was in relation to grievance responses (see page 4 of the MSA Transparency Statement).
Indication that KPIs are used to review and 'understand the main challenges and labour rights issues in a factory' (4) but per the above comment the statement makes no mention of reviewing these KPIs to ensure they themselves do not increase the risk of modern slavery.
